世界を統治する【チャントリー】（教会）に仕える優秀な騎士カサンドラ（栗山千明）。ある夜、牢屋から連れ出される少女が、【チャントリー】を巡る大きな陰謀の鍵となっていることを知ってしまい、邪悪な魔法使い【ブラッドメイジ】の集団に襲撃されてしまう。
師匠であるバイロンが犠牲になったお陰で、カサンドラは命を取り留めるが、首謀者の正体はわからぬまま。逆に陰謀の関係者に仕立て上げられ、ナイトコマンダー（GACKT）率いる騎士団から追われる身となり、その場に居合わせた魔法使いのガリアン（谷原章介）と共に逃げることに。
